Getting Together in Our “Zommsitzen”

Our common room is called “Zommsitzen”, a South Tyrolean dialect word meaning “getting together”. It stands for a cosy atmosphere and friendly conversations – or a “Ratscher”, as we like to call it here.

Imagine a snowy winter holiday: after a peaceful walk through the crisp, fresh mountain air – listening to the crunch of fresh snow beneath your feet – you settle down beside the crackling wood-burning stove in our “Zommsitzen”… perhaps with a cup of mulled wine or tea and a good book from our extensive library?

Or picture a warm summer evening in South Tyrol when your favourite team is playing an important match. Why not cheer them on together with other guests while enjoying a refreshing cold beer?

Our “Zommsitzen” also features a small farm shop corner, where you can discover our homemade farm products, including fruit spreads, syrups, chutneys, eggs, honey, pickled vegetables and herb salt. We deliver the fresh dairy products from Trieferhof directly to our guests’ apartments.
