As a traditional South Tyrolean farm practicing animal husbandry, we are always focused on the well-being and health of our cows and use fodder from our hay and alpine meadows. And you can taste that in our milk!

Our cows are milked twice a day and their milk is delivered every day to the Centro latte Bressanone / Milchhof Brixen ‘Brimi’. Part of their milk is either further processed for our farm produc immediately after milkingts.
